Dear Sir,
I am indeed interested in generating some tissue cultured seedlings of Jatropha curcas for my R&D work which involves some transformation studies. Kindly let me know the possible steps involved in this. I have initiated some steps where I was able to get some in vitro growth from shoot apices and nodal explants. However, further growth seems to be a limiting factor. I appreciate generous help and I‘ll give importance while any publications coming out of my R&D. Thanks in advance
